Fda Regulating Tobacco?

So i was doing my thing at work, mainley pacing around and pretending to look busy, when I saw something on the news that the FDA is looking to completly regulate tobacco now. I did some more research on the subject and this is what I came up with:

I dont smoke cigarettes, but I'm interested in how this is goign to impact our shisha, if its going to impact it at all. I know theres flavor and color added to most shisha, but I'm fairly certain that they leave out most of the chemicals that are added in cigarettes. Interestingly they plan on banning candy and fruit flavored cigarettes, which I'm really hoping they dont apply to tobacco in general.

Does aybody have more information on this?

It seems to me that targeted more at the big tobacco cigarette companies, I think shisha should stay out of it.
