gunsboy
I bought a bunch of hookahs over the past 10 years. From $3-$400 price range. The best smoke experience I have ever had is from a wooden hookah with a metal pipe in it. A friend of mine brought it from Egypt. They call it I think Goza or something like that. I have seen it in many movies where they smoke in it just tobacco and charcoals right on top of the tobacco.I smoke in it Double Apple AF. It smokes like heaven, the taste is stuck on the wood, which makes it taste 100 times better. After almost a couple of years of just using it, the wooden stem has a crack in it. I fixed it but I want a new one.I cannot find anyone selling them. Anyone has an idea where I can get one?

Victim026
That one from HC is the only one like it on any of the online sites I've seen, although someone like Eric(Sonthert) may have some insight as to where you can pick similar ones up. Boricua
I lived in Egypt for a bit and never ever saw anything like that, and I shopped around a lot before buying several hookahs there.Looks pretty interesting but not like it would smoke well. If you watch the movie for Limby the one where he plays an international criminal role. He smokes with one that looks exactly like it.I am smoking using it as we speak. It smokes like heaven. I have bought a bunch of MYAs and KMs and other Syrian and Egyptian hookahs. This one has been unbeatable. My friend told me he bought it for $4. Sonthert
I have a brass and wood Syrian one, part of the demo models from those Syrians George is trying to get imported in. He has one too. The only problem is it has an S-Head. He's got the other one. Its bronze-gun-metal tan and bark brown, hand-carved wood. They're both brand new...and sexy. AKammenzind
After looking around a bit it does seems that style is referred to as a goza. http://www.mzidanshisha.net/Products.html (close the bottom) There's a few stainless ones, but I'm thinking that to find the same sort you have you'll be needing to get your hands dirty. Maybe if you have a local middle-eastern grocer/cultural store they could be able to help? Edited March 17, 2009 by AKammenzind
