My dad lives on a 52' Benateau and I have a Hobie Cat 16'. Hobies are fun as shit to sail. Sunfish are pretty damn fun also, try capsizing them, thats really fun. +1 nothing better IMO other than maybe a motorboat A motorboat?!? Why use a motor when you can scoot around on a sailboat imo! dont get me wrong, my father has a hobie cat and it is a LOT of fun WHEN THERES ENOUGH WIND when its not windy, you are just kind of puttering around and those are the days i wished i could just turn the key, have 200 hp revv up and go

  5. QUOTE (dakur001 @ Jul 10 2009, 07:00 PM) I was definitely considering the CH quicklites at one point, but I saw a video review of them and it seemed like they sent off a considerable amount of smoke and flame- I'm not sure if the smoke detector will be too happy about that. I don't know, maybe it was just the way the guy was lighting it in the video, he used a blowtorch and scorched the hell out of it for several seconds then let it flame. If you know of a more conservative and simultaneously effective way to go about lighting them, let me know, I'd really like to try those out if they won't smoke and flame too much. Would a regular ol' Bic lighter do the trick? a bic will do the trick HOWEVER they still will smoke and flame and stink of fireworks adds to the excitement... just do it outside

Kashmir is Eric's secret blend of spices people describe it as spicy and incense-like Kashmir cherry is very good havent had anything else its definitely worth your time to try any kashmir flavor its interesting, and complex not just your run of the mill fruit or floral flavors there is something more there.....
  10. it comes down to different strokes for different folks i like myas ive never smoked a km but all three myas ive smoked from are amazing, and break down for very easy cleaning i want a mya staff quite badly as for romman, id say good times and ivory coast those are what i hear are the best and their mint is good (that i have tried) didnt like their strawberry
  11. make your own first cost 15 bucks for me, and i got ripped off so you could do it for less and if you dont like it, get the nammor and you have a spare washable hose
  12. QUOTE (jezter6 @ Jul 5 2009, 06:34 PM) You can pack nakhla (or tangiers for that matter) hard in ANY bowl and it should work just fine. i find if i pack any brand too tight (or hard as you put it) results in very poor airflow through the Egyptian bowl which means you have to draw very hard which i dont like to do personally just saying
  13. QUOTE (Enjoivolcom @ Jul 5 2009, 05:16 PM) QUOTE (DistortedTruth @ Jul 5 2009, 02:07 PM) QUOTE (Enjoivolcom @ Jul 5 2009, 02:47 PM) i would recommend looking at the thread john posted about packing nahkla. Very useful Where is this post? im sorry maybe its not a thread, its a youtube video he made. look up packing nahkla like tangiers or something like that. the idea is to scoop it into the bowl and pack it in hard. john uses a phunnel so unless you got one recently truth, john's method ain't gonna work for you but when you do, yes pack it tangiers but for now i say use heavy duty reynolds wrap are you using 40mm or 33mm 3kings? if 33mm, it SHOULD be fine without breaking it up the 40mm IMO will need to be reduced by about a 1/4 make sure after you pack down slightlywith the foil, pull the foil really tight got get just a little space between foil and shisha (when the shisha fluffs back up naturally it will close the gap, no big deal) you can also pack nakhla tight on the edges and loose in the center if youd like to try that, but then skip the foil pack down use toothpick for holes lots of holes, in circles, i like to keep them on the smaller side for wetter shishas to keep the ash out id do the same with nakhla in an egyptian (big holes on the phunnel tho) if you do all that and stuff still aint working, i think were gonna need some pictures to diagnosis this issue P.S. 3kings are a solid quicklight just because everyone seems to shit all over them here doesnt mean they arent decent
  14. QUOTE (srawas89 @ Jun 30 2009, 08:59 PM) I use 1-1.5 on an egyptian depending on the shisha. But dont split them if you want 1.5 coals just lay one flat on the bowl and lay the second coal at an angle on the first. kinda like this: (the dash is the first coal and the slash is the second) -\ +1 small mya and small egyptian = 1 33m 3kings windcover/ second coal as described above if more heat is needed
