Yes if you are looking for an upscale hookah experience then hit up (pun intended) Divine; but if you are looking for a more low key atmosphere (especially for students on a budget in the south florida area) Aldar, Sultan, and Morjan are just as accommodating.

In Broward county, Aldar cafe on Griffin and Pine Island (under new management and is really doing well), OffTheHookah @ Las Olas Riverfront (restaurant/hookah/nightclub), and there is one also on Davie Road (best hummus) across from BCC in Davie. In Palm Beaches, Sultan in Boca is the best by far.
