Hello everyone, I'm new here - I actually literally googled "hookah lounge forum" how opportune! I'm a 21 year old College drop out, with some fairly stable family members who are always looking to make more money in one way or another. I've traveled the world, and have been to some pretty fancy hookah lounges. I'm at the point where I'm looking to open up my own. I've been reading over the laws/regulations to having a "Smoking environment" within NYS, my plans are small - open up a Cafe / small restaurant lounge, with the capabilities to house people to smoke/enjoy shisha. Any chance that any of you have opened up a similar venture within NYS? I'm looking for hints/tips/legal information regarding the idea, any input would be a huge amount of help as I'm a new business owner (or soon to be if all works out well).
