1.
Thanks for the reply's guys.
And for starters id suggest you go with Romman and al twareg and then move up to Tangiers. I suggest Fantasia for coals.
Those shisha suggestions are probably going to be the first brands I try, since I'm probably going to order from hookah-shisha.com and they throw them in the bag. Any suggestions on flavors? Ivory coast sounds good. Fantasia coals? I don't think I've seen them.
The discount egyptian bowls although often overlooked are really quite good for short sessions.
Hey, thanks for the tip. I didn't notice they had a "tiny" size. A 5-8 gram capacity sounds about right. It looks like a discount might not be available, but for $1.99 I can splurge and just add it to the list.
I thought it sounded good too, so I got it with my Mya QT. My friends didnt seem to mind, but my mind set itself so that it would smell and taste like asphalt or burnt tires to me.. Maybe I'm just crazy, but I ended up giving i away because I couldn't stand it.

That was the 1st time i tried to man a bowl by myself. Don't think I'll be doing that again. Also I've had a friend dead on pass out face first into pavement after hookah...
Not normal at all. Was he smoking on an empty stomach?
Don't remember. I think we had some snacks and beers while smoking and then left the bar to step into the rain. Could've been a number of things really. Maybe combination of alcohol+mucky bar room + smoke + ql coals + not much food. All i know is after that he was missing 1.5 front teeth....

 4. I think it's pretty regular that the shisha sticks to the foil. I've had the problem with bad taste after about 30 min in as well. Last week switched to natural coals. SO much better! QL dont cut it any more. Naturals last longer and always taste good. And instead of flavour getting bad, it simply starts getting weaker and weaker as the bowls dies down. Try naturals, maybe that'll help
 5. they ship pretty fast. Got to Canada in 3 days. Was held in customs for over a month and I just received it today, but They ship fast Cheers
 6. In a different thread I commented that after surfing the forum at work I gained a strong desire to smoke some shisha, so I called my friends to come in after I close shop with a hookah so we can have a relaxing session. I closed shop just on time, with everything clean and waited to my pals. When they arrived, we placed the coals on the stove, opened the hookah box, and realized instead of the vase, there was monopoly money and LED lights. Friends dad has successfully trolled him and took the vase out on the previous night. #trolldad. BUT we weren't there to give up. We improvised in the time of need. 4L milk jug and some tape made a vase that gave us better smoke than the previous one. So, in what occasions did you have to or choose to throw your handyman skills down on the table and save the night or make it better? Picture fully related. 9. If anyone is interested. Found somewhat of a solution to my shisha problem. They only carry several brands and no AF but prices and quality and selection seems to be the best in the city. ( not advertising them, just sharing ) http://www.citycigarcompany.com/Shisha-tobacco

 12. I didn't find an introduction thread, so maybe this one can become one. Hi fellow hookah enthusiasts! Clearly this is my first post but hopefully not last. Just wanted to introduce myself so I'm not a stranger next time you see me here. I've lived in Vancouver Canada for the past 9 years, since moving here from Russia. First time I've smoke a hookah was about 4 years ago on my visit back to homeland and so far it's been the best I've had ( possibly because I was so new to it ). Then later that year my friend brought a small hookah back from Turkey and it became our past time, which has now grown and made a small community within our friends. The next "real" hookah, my friend and I ordered from hookah-sheesha, we got the double hose Abyss hookah. (http://www.hookah-shisha.com/store/pc/catalog/Hookah-Abyss-3-M.jpg). It was great, until it was landed too many times and not taken care of. So I've decided to get my own and now I'm waiting for my Mya QT to arrive with a Vortex bowl. so: Hookah? - Mya QT Favorite flavour? - Rose ( my first, there for my best so far ) First time? - 17 How often? - Sometimes once a month, recently couple bowls a day, every day. Favorite drink with a smoke? - Mint/fruit tea Now my question: Where I'live its becoming harder to get good sheesha, especially for a decent price. Ordering from USA based sites is an option, but an expensive one as I have to pay customs (I read the rules, not asking how to avoid customs chargers). My question is, maybe there are some vendors in Canada? Or maybe someone who lives in my area knows shops with good tobacco? Cheers
