Hey everyone! I just wanted to let people know about a nice shop that sells hookah stuff in the Chicago suburbs. Its called Cigar Emporium. It is located in Bloomingdale, IL on the 2nd floor of Stratford Square Mall. The address: 152 Stratford Square Bloomingdale, IL 60108 Phone:(630) 893-9430 It doesn't seem like a whole lot of people know about this place and I absolutley love this shop. The owner is the sweetest man. It is the only place I will go to buy my hookah stuff. He also has a huge selection of cigars, lighters, and other odds and ends. As for hookah stuff, he sells a variety of stuff. He has a pretty good variety of hookahs including Mya's and Khalil Mamoon. Grommets, bowls, coals, cleaning supplies, hoses. As for shisha he has Fantasia (every flavor they produce, a fact he is very proud about), Starbuzz, Romman, AF, herbal shisha, and some others. I was very excited to learn that he just started carrying Tangier's as well, although he doesn't have a whole ton of flavors yet. His prices are pretty good. I suggest that you stop by and check it out if you live in the area. You won't be disappointed! Happy smoking!

Also, when I purge it, it seems to be coming up and out of the bowl.

Hey guys! So I'm having an issue with my Mya Gyro Econo. I can't seem to get it to purge. Ive tried opening the valve more and I even took it off and it still won't clear the smoke out of the vase. Anyone have any tips?

I bought a tangiers phunnel but I'm waiting on it to get here so the Egyptian bowl is all I got right now.

Hey so I just started using Al Fakher shisha and I can't seem to get it to smoke well. I'm using an Egyptian bowl. I've tried packing it fluffy and I've tried packing it tight. Either way I keep getting very thin, harsh smoke. I'm using one layer of Reynolds HD and two coconaras. What am i doing wrong?

I usually use a safety pin for making holes. I tried poking A LOT of holes this time and it seems to have solved my issue

When I purged it, it was harsh right away. When I took the foil off the shisha wasn't too burnt. I have a funnel bowl but I'm thinking it's a badly made one because the shisha gets burnt REALLY fast and I get more flavor with my Egyptian bowl. As for the water level, I've tried more water and it always seems to get pulled up into the hose when I pull. With the holes in the foil, what happens when you don't poke enough holes? Hey! Lately I've been having tons of problems with the smoke getting harsh very quickly. For instance right now I have a one half coconara on my Egyptian bowl with one layer of reynolds heavy duty foil, with al fahkers watermelon, and the smoke is really harsh. What am I doing wrong? Maybe the water level? Or should I add another layer of foil? I'm also using a mya ice hose, and that doesn't seem to be helping. This is my hookah setup right now. And one more question, I've heard so many different things as far as how many holes to punch in the foil. What is the absolute best hole pattern? Do bigger hookahs smoke better than the small ones? hey everyone! I've heard that different brands of shisha smoke differently and that some should be packed tighter than others and can withstand more heat. Can anyone tell me the tips for Fantasia and StarBuzz? Also, are there any brands you would recommend that have a pretty wide variety of flavors? Thanks for the help!
