I have completed steps one and most of two and three except for the portion of "The federal registration is free." Where do you register for the federal government? Is it the EIN, if so then that is done. I have been on thinking about opening a lounge for almost four years now, my original business plan asked for a ridiculous amount of money, I worked at as an administrator at a lounge and saw how much cash flow was coming in, and if it was funded correctly, there was an opportunity for double the amount of cash flow to come into the lounge. Issues have came up and the lounge is going under within a week and I am looking at buying the materials at the lounge at an extreme discount and my interest for a lounge has renewed. So I am going through and and reviewing the information and taking this step by step since I already have a business plan even though it is four years old, it only needed minor tweeking and I scaled my idea down to be a small but effective hang out spot, I guess I need some assistance on direction. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.

I see this guy way too much as is. Seeing him face to face is a death sentence.

The guy is a complete whack job. Yeah, I enjoy hookah I must say, but I did join to out the guy. I was kind of shocked that the same douchebag that comes to the hookah lounge I go to is an actual real life scammer and is a douche to people nationwide. I am all about justice.

He says that he has a lot of money reserved in the tune of six zeros in various stock investments. He says he has thousands of shares of various big name stocks, and that he has a classified government position. Since I see the guy a lot and the way he says these bladent lies, he actually believes him. I totally believe he is suffering from Schizophrenia as these lies are so off the wall, a normal person would never use them in public. It is a consistent lie after lie, he says he goes to John Hopkins, but he goes to the university I go to, he is beyond confused and has a need to steal to support his hookah habbit of buying an extreme amount of shisha every night and spending a ridiculous amount of money at a hookah lounge each night. Well over spending $400 a week at a hookah lounge for hookah and supplies. The guy is insane.

I know this is an older post, but through Google it seems we have the same problem. The scammers name is Sean Mansfield, I know you found it through Google, but he comes the lounge I go to in Norfolk called Lazy Dayz Hookah Lounge. He consistently tells customers that he will hook up people with products online and if they need something ask him and he will buy it. The guy blows a large sum of money each night and we the customers consistently wonder how he acquires all this money now I know how, he steals it from you guys which completely sucks. He is a compulsive liar and he is complete scum. If you need his Facebook address or anything I would like to help. I hate scumbags that steal and I thought this was a local issue, but it seems more people have been affected and that sucks. So if you need any assistance or questions, feel free to ask. I won't give up my information because this guy is also insane. He seems to have a mental disorder and I wouldn't want to be harmed by giving up who I am.
