I recently Ordered from them, the Mya Frost 31" Combination, the twist that made this site far different than the others, is the customer service, well in this case pre-customer service. i had never ordered anything from them, didnt even have an account, and i called customer service, and asked instead of the base that came with the hookah if they had another style i saw availible in europe, and they checked their on screen catalog and found just that. this being monday of that week, the woman i spoke to said, "Done" and she placed the order, and had it by friday, shipped same day, and i had it the next day once it arrived with them, no hassle, i even emailed them an addition to the ordered, they called to confirm, this was all accomplished with 2 call and 2 emails... when i received my order, it came with everything as expected, plus extras, all VERY well packed plenty of padding, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap (i even got free shipping for orders OVER 75.00). overall from the 5 or 6 sites ive ordered from this site wins by a LONG shot... they ship same day, so even folks on the other coast wont be waiting long i give Southsmoke a 10/10 for Complete and TOTAL satisfaction PLUS i DIDNT KNOW THIS, MENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU A MEMBER HERE AND YOU HAVE 10% DISCOUNT ON ANYTHING

i have looked on shisha-world.com and they have more than any other place ive seen by a long shot, but some parts, stem pieces are not in stock, does anyone know where to get these, not even my themselves sells parts? im looking to get a saturn stripes model from that site with the solaris stem, and i found that cannot be done so i want to but stem parts and build something up myself... does anyone have any information where to get these? ive been scouring the net for more than 2 weeks, and this is a final resport...HELP

actually, nothing broken i dont even have one as of yet, but ive come across a few that are in excess of 50 inches tall, although i dont want one THAAT tall,i was simply wondering if i could get a small extension.. guess not tho

just let me know if you change your mind, in my opinion the only thing wrong with soex is no buzz (which is what you want) and they all have a smaal herbal tingle, its kinda different but its all in the taste, also my opinion the reason i offered my soex is because 1. its in only 50G boxes so not much to lose, and 2. to me the orange has such a taste to it, it is alot like orange tic-tacs, the reason i thought to offer, because all the flavors are strong and easily recognizable.. but if you want to go on the reviews, i dont blame you one bit

some hookah bases in my opinion are just garbage, im not too new to hookah, just this forum, but i had ordered a simple hookah with a simple vase for a pretty penny, and i left the vase upside down overnight to dry at my girldfirends house, and as dumb as this sounds, a good 4inch peice just fell right off, cracked right off, and fell into the sink... so that pssed me off, so the next night we took out another similar hookah, and started it up, while the vase (past broken one) was standing still in the same place right above my head, we were having a good time watching tv and being quiet not to wake my girls brother, and then just out of no where another peice about 5 inches blew right out the side, and still kept its shape, peices just flew everywhere.. not to mention another huge peice... also when i say blew off, its didnt simply fall off, it flew a good 6 to 8 inches away from it, with no one even looking at it... anybody ever that happen??? or am i just "lucky"

Ive got several SOEX flavors, they arent made with tobacco so there is NO buzz what so ever, they still are quite flavorful, despite some bad reviews, the texture is fairly.. "flakey" quite different from real tobacco, but they have many flavors, and i have about 15 different ones just keep in mind there is NO buzz, my reason for not liking them.. if you want to know a little more about em or try some i can trade or sell some, let me know what flavors you want ill see if i have them you can PM me too if you like

Hello, this is my first post, ive been wandering the site for some time now, ive had all my questions answered thanks to searching, instead of asking, and i do realize this thread is long dead, but seems to be the most appropriate place to ask this question i got... for the stratus or stargate whatever its called, where can you get replacement parts to it, like stem sections, ive been looking into one, despite what i hear, since i have seen one and was impressed... thanks in advance, looking forward to gettin to know you all, seem to be a good bunch of people!!!
