Not trying to hijack, but if you're looking for a paintball gun.... 2k4 Impulse vision All NDZ internals WAS board magnetic trigger clamping feedneck big drop fwd basically the only things stock on the gun are the trigger frame, body, and barrel. The thing shoots lines of paint, and I have NEVER chopped a ball. Also have Empire's version of the HALO, it's black, and a freshly hydro'd (1/08) 68/45 nitrogen tank with a Dye tank cover. All of that for $350 shipped.

Just Got Back From Egypt!

Yeah, I've been to Cafe Layal before. Their food is actually really good, the hookah...its alright. They only have like 4 or 5 flavors. Good smoke, but not that great flavor. Never been able to get it out of them what brand it is. -

QUOTE (mrmonk7663 @ Oct 2 2007, 04:16 PM) Yah, most shops did taste not so great but a few were nice. They use too much tobacco and it gets stuck to the foil and burns. they also use too much coal, but I didn't care, I loved it and had a blast. For what its worth though I can go to a hookah bar here in Houston and pay $15 for too much coal, bad tobacco, and a harsh smoke...So the 20-40cents I paid to smoke in Egypt was well worth it :-) Besides, we all know that no one can make a hookah like the HookahForum members can :-) Anyway, here is a pic of the brass hookah I picked up. Quality piece and it breaks down for easy transport. Let me know what you think. I also have another cheaper hookah I picked up. I'll snap pics later of that. What hookah bars do you go to in Houston? [/hijack] -
QUOTE (Dragonsmettle @ Sep 21 2007, 10:30 PM) I usually go for all genres, except rap, and emo (just not my style) Def Leppard Children of Bodom Led Zepplin Queen Metallica Rodney Atkins Dragonforce AC/DC Bob Seger REM Bryan Adams etc.... Some people think its odd ill listen to metal then a second later pop in country but what can i say? i likes it I do close to the same thing, just not with country. Metal, then techno/trance, then rap, alternative, instrumental metal, techno remixes of Nintendo classics, etc.....I like to keep a good variety playing.

Lol, sorry. I was on my phone when I posted that...it was on the first page, so I figured it was a new thread, and didnt check the date (browsing the forum on my phone is a medium sized PITA even without looking at dates). My bad!

While I do agree that ADD/ADHD are WAY the hell overdiagnosed, I know ADD is definately real. One of my close friends literally has the attention span of a ferret on meth if he doesn't focus everything he has on what he's doing/listening to/watching. Its gotten a bit better as he's gotten older, but even now he has to make sure he's focusing when he's riding his motorcycle. He saw something shiny on the side of the road a couple months back and stopped looking at the car in front of him, and when he did look back up he was only a few feet from it, had to slam on the brakes, and pulled the back tire off the ground and fell over. Luckily we were only going 10-15mph or so in traffic.

QUOTE (Gaara @ Sep 18 2007, 02:11 AM) QUOTE (LS1 FTW @ Sep 18 2007, 02:37 AM) Somehow I still can't see smoking in the car as a good thing. Maybe its just because I live in Houston, but I'm pretty sure I'd get pulled over and arrested not long after sparking up some coals around here. It's all perception. I smoke in my car all the time. Almost every week when I make long trips and even during my classes (in Maryland, USA). It's perfectly legal. The only time I've ever had a trouble is about 2 yrs ago when a cop checked us out when we were filling gas. We showed we him what was under the foil and he let us ago after 5 minutes. It's compeltely legal so I don't know why anyone would be worried. Well I can almost guarantee you the perception around here would be "arrest kids for smoking weed in their car first, realize its tobacco and let them go 18 hours later." Just the way it is in this town...cops are really jaded towards that type of stuff. I realize that its perfectly legal since it's tobacco...but I've been harassed bigtime just sitting in a park. Aside from that, I drive a 420+ whp car with a 6speed, so there won't be any hookah in my car anytime soon lol. -

How Should I Be Storing My Flavor
LS1 FTW replied to armenakadino's topic in Discussion Group for all Hookah Lovers
QUOTE (iamscott06 @ Sep 13 2007, 07:12 AM) I re-use some of my jars to, but today i think im going to the dollar store to see if they have any nice cheap jars/plastic containers. I'v heard some good things about dollar stores and contrainers One of my friends went to the dollar store and got a thing of 12 jam jars for $1. I'm sure you'll find something to use. -
Just did this to a hose that came with my Abyss that was messed up when I got it. Turned out the wood part of the handles hadn't been drilled out all the way, so I fixed that, and went on my way to Home Depot. I believe it was 5/8" that fit on the end of the handle for mine. The tubing I got is nowhere NEAR flexible enough though, and is really heavy. It's taken the form of the coil it was stored as, and I doubt will be changing much from that. Gotta try and find more flexible stuff. It smoked alright, but again I think it was the handles. I'm probably just gonna wait until my Nammor gets here from Hookah-Shisha (gotta love being 3 hours from their warehouse in Austin) and call it a day.

How Should I Be Storing My Flavor

The Starbuzz containers work perfectly for storing it. I keep some extra Starbuzz containers around for storing other shisha (like Tangier's since it comes in a bag). -
Alcohol + Hookah = Not Fun?
LS1 FTW replied to hookahfeign123's topic in Discussion Group for all Hookah Lovers
Nicotine thins your blood, making the alcohol get into your system that much faster. That's probably got something to do with it. -
It took me a few tries, as I was used to Al-Waha and Starbuzz, but I got it. And damn, is it good....my only complaint is that horchata stunk up my hookah pretty good lol. Had to clean it real well after smoking it, cuz the next few bowls I smoked after the horchata I could still taste it. But hey, guess what....I'm about to smoke it again lol.

Nobody but geeks would think of caffeinated soap lol. And yeah, ThinkGeek is a pretty fkn awesome site. I still want to get the shirt that says "I Void Warranties." On another note....my next Tangiers order will contain some F-line. Haven't tried it yet. But then again, I have a pretty high tolerance for caffeine....there have been a number of times that I've drank one of the huge Monsters or Rockstars and gone to sleep an hour or two later.
