So I was searching for days for the perfect hookah online (before I knew about this site somehow). I decided to go with smoking-hookah because they had an awesome hookah that looked very unique at a good price. I purchased from them and as others had said, it had gotten from Israel to Reno pretty quickly. Faster than I expected anyways. The box had holes in it from the hookah stem, but everything seemed to be in working order so whatever. The first thing I check out was the base (everything was still wrapped), and it was TOTALLY different from the one that I ordered on the site. This wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that I put in days of searching for the one that I wanted. The glass for the base was a completely different blue (cobalt instead of a bright sky blue), the paint was a different design which wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that it was a completely different color scheme. The paint that was on it looked like total ass. I could have done a better job if I were drunk. The stem was the basic design as I wanted, but again, a totally different color scheme. The hose that was sent seems of very low quality and doesn't even fit the stem of the hookah. It didn't come with a grommet, so I don't know if that will fix the problem. I decided I wanted to return it. As someone else had also said, they wanted pictures to prove that I was telling the truth. That didn't fly with me. I just said that I wanted to return it and they gave me the run around. By the way, this is all by email. They wouldn't take my calls. So after the first request to return, they said they would send a new hose. I told them that I didn't want that, I wanted to return it. A few days later, they replied but didn't say how I could return it. On the third request, I had to get snappy and they finally replied to what I actually wanted, a return. They gave me the option of either 1) paying to send it back to Israel, then a 25% restocking fee on top of that, or 2) keeping it and getting a 50% refund. I decided to keep this hookah that I didn't want, b/c the price for it to go back to Israel and the restocking fee would be ridiculous to have nothing at all for it. I would not recommend this company to anybody at all, unless you want to go through a big hassel. I'll give them a 1/10, with the one point for trying to make it right after a few weeks of jumping through hoops.
