QUOTE (bryankphotography @ Apr 11 2008, 08:22 AM) QUOTE (vetbridge @ Apr 11 2008, 09:40 AM) Any attorneys here? Personally, in a similar situation, I'd hire one. Does the mere presence of a hookah equal probable cause? You willingly forgoe that right once you enter into the dorm contract QUOTE whats up vetbridge, is it something you can share? I just saw my attorney (he has two dogs and I am his veterinarian). We discussed this a little. Yes, a dorm contract typically requires you to sign away many of the rights most of us hold dear. He said cases like this can be extremely complex. Even an electrician who comes onto University property to do work may be at some risk. His advice (as usual) is that the injured party seek legal counsel!
