1. yeah, i just got mine in a box hid away in my closet along with my home made wine. I think my parents would freak out about both things even though the hookah is a little more legal for me... ^^"last time i smoked with some buddies we brought it in the evening to our towns community center and lit up the BBQ pit they had there to light our coals and roast some marshmellows for shmores. After a while someone yelled at us that they had called the cops. We decided to wait around to ask if it was cool if we used the BBQ pit at night but after 10 minutes nobody showed up. We got screwed out of a good hookah session since it totally killed the mood.
2. I heard about hookah while looking on line for health risks related to cigar smoking and read that the tobacco came in all sorts of yummy flavors. My friends were talking about smoking and I said I'd like to try smoking hookah and he just happened to have one so a few hours later we got a mini camping stove and his gear and lit up for a lovely night ontop of an abandoned school house. It was the start of a beautiful relationship.
3. thanks for all the responses. i definately would like auto-seal so I'll look for one. i agree with the vibe about passing the hose. there are usually 5-8 of us so need plenty of hoses.
4. Very informative. I am hosting the files now as well if you want to use these links whereever thats cool. They won't go down, I promise and speeds should remain blazing fast. http://www.lonelyhosting.com/hookah/index.htm If anyone else has any other informative videos they would like me to host PM me. Being a webhost I can spare some bandwidth and space, especially for a good cause as this.
5. Time is indeed a abstract concept here only to give us humans something to go by, a tool if you will. Time is also greatly cultural as weird as that is. Oh and a while back I looked for some time machines online and happened to bookmark some of them so here you go: Build a Time Machine Build Your Own Time Machine Time Machine Q & A Enjoy And... I guess it may be possible to perhaps move forward in time but it hasta do with traveling faster than the speed of light so it really can't be achived even if it was true.
6. First off I would like to say that this is as long as I can remember the most intelligent discussion about religion I have ever come across in any forums. It's intelligent voice and opinion, not mindless bashing and choas and hostility towards one another. Me, I am a Christian. I believe in Jesus Christ, his resurrection and salvation. Why I'm a Christian? I suck. I need Jesus simply because I suck and I'm a screw up. I came to knowing my savior after meeting with friends in a time where I was at a extreme low and was having psychological problems (to say the least) and they recommended I try praying and going to Church. I did this and after only a few short weeks my illnesses were cured, shortly after, I accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. Faith is a very hard thing to have, especially for someone like me who loves to be in control and try and run my own show. I'm not going to argue for or against since I think personal testimony and first hand account is the most persasive and powerful thing one can put forth. We are natively spirtual beings and you can see that throughout time as totally disconnected peoples and cultures around the world have always had gods which they worship. And even though this is true the fight over what is truth and who is god happens to be the number one cause of war in the world. This is one of the saddest and most confusing things as religion is suppose to help us and bring us closer together, not tear us apart and cause bloodshed.
7. I don't have the foggiest clue what I be. American mutt I suppose. My family can trace geneology back a little over 100 years but no traces of anything outside the country on my mothers side. Don't know my fathers half since me be a bastard. It's wonderful to see so many blends of people from around the globe.
8. Howdy folks, I am totally new to smooking hookah. Last week was my first time and it was a lovely experience so I decided to search the web to learn a little bit more and look for shopping advice. My first hookah experience was on the roof of an abandoned Elementary school at 1:30 in the morning. What bored college folk do in small towns... I tried mixed fruit and orange. The orange was excellent.
