I can't seem to find a website that has a medium tangiers phunnel(small would be preferable), diffuser, tangiers f-line. Can anybody help me out?

I ordered a hookah and various 50 gram packages of shisha from hookah-company. They forgot a package of fusion blueberry and there was a small hole in the stem of the hookah. So I call them to get my hookah repaired and get the shisha I ordered. They lady on the phone said they would send me something extra with my stem and shisha. They paid to ship the stem back ground shipping of course so I had to wait more then 2 weeks to get my stem back and they FORGOT to send me the shisha again. I called back and they said they had no note of the missing shisha, whatever. They reimbursed me for the shisha. I will never order from hookah company again.
