Mathazar
Well, dude, ya don't know what you're missing. Get on over to www.Hookah-Shisha.com and order some Romman: Peach, Lemon, Strawberry, Double Apple (intense licorice flavor), and Orange. Or Go to: www.SouthSmoke.com and order some Al-Fakher: Lemon, Orange, or Coconut. Other people like some of the other flavors, but those are pretty much my favorites. Also.....if you like a REALLY INTENSE RED GRAPE, buy some Havana Special Grape from SouthSmoke. You won't be disappointed.......I don't think
cypress
ive only ever tried al waha
To clarify, Al Waha is bad it just isnt the best tasting smokes on the market. If Al Waha is in your budget then continue smoking it. IF you want a step up and only paying a few extra bucks more per 250 ($10) Al Fakher is going to be a good solid smoke. IMOP for the price, you really cant beat AF because Romman is almost 20 bucks a 250.
John Deere
well, I really dont care for cherry of any brand, so I'll have to pass. Thanks anyway though! Guess youre stuck with it!
uselessdreamer1
I really really like Nakhla. But im going to be trying more companies soon so my decision may change.
mushrat
I've mentioned this before in the AF Esk nuts post I think, But I think its worth repeating. The same problem thats making the Esk Apple hard to get sounds like it may effect ALL AF flavours. You all may want to stock up on your favourites. May also be time to start exploring real alternatives.
SMOKE~N~BUBBLZ
I have tried a lot of brands, My Favourites are 2, Nakhla and Al Fakher. But for durability i go with Nakhla. I can get a good 2 hours out of a bowl with full taste. I have yet tried a Massel that can outlast Nakhla. If i ws judging just purley on taste i am sure there are a lot of other brands out there but they dont last long at all. I think Nakhla has the best balance of Tobacco and Mollasse. HooKendo
Nahkla... (and I've tried a lot). Cheap, effective, long-lasting, flavorful (not necessarily the best flavor, but strong), and good variety.
Vlax
Out of what I tried my fav is tied between HH Vanilla and Layalina Mint. But I have tried only two brands so far HH and Layalina. And only vanilla from HH. And Raspberry, Mint, Mixed Fruit , Strawberry, Banana. But I have 4 flavor from AW (Cherry, Lemon, Melon, Coconut), and 4 from Nakhla (grage, rose, mango, and arabic coffee). I just wonder what to expect from both brands? ashan
Nakhla. Sure, the other brands are more punched up, but it's like choosing to watch the movie over reading the book. Leaves nothing to the imagination. With nakhla, you have to sit and think about it for a while. You always know what flavor you're smoking, but it seems more fun to ponder it. Plus, I know how to make it taste good. It's just a finicky massel at times. MR Bubble
I am curious Mr. Bubblem, what do you do to make it good? What is your advice to someone who is new to using Nahkla?
MR Bubble
Good question, ashan. I really don't know. The biggest thing I can think of is experiment, experiment and experiment. When you find yourself somewhere and the only thing you can get your hands on is Nakhla, you become good at it. Thigs like coal preparation, hole punching. Above all else: practice, practice, and practice. MR Bubble
