Hookah Joe Posted April 18, 2007 Share Posted April 18, 2007 Well guys, I've only been into hookah for a month or so, and just bought my first hookah, which isn't too much order than 2 or 3 weeks. From what I had heard, Smiley's shisha is a premium tasting shisha, and at a very nice price. After reading reviews, I decided I would buy a couple( meaning 4) flavors. I ordered Prickly Pear, Peach,Bubbleberry, and watermelon. I ordered sunday, Today is Wednesday, and I got them. Perfectly packaged, and a right amount of foam peanuts. I opened each one up, and looked inside:BubbleBerry: Smells like a candy (bubblelicous) berry flavor. Sweet smell of gum, with a tangy (blue)berry smell. EXTREMELY juicy, definitly a smart buy.WaterMelon: Upon opening, most of the juice is on the bottom, similar to bubbleberry. The smell is on par with bubblelicious' watermelon. Kind of a candy watermelon mixed with a slight bit of peach. Looks and smells amazing.Prickley Pear: When i opened this up, I noticed all the juice had sunk to the bottom, and all 3 have been very consistent. The smell is of a nice, faint juicy pear, along with a feint bit of something... Kinda like an airy "spring" to it. I believe this will the lightest tasting flavor, but will make my mouth water.Peach: Well, the label was different. Is was plain paper wrapped all the way around, covered in tape. This worried me, but having confidence in the other 3 flavors allowed me to keep faith. Smells of a great candy peach, slight chemical, but I let that go due to lack of acclimation. There is about a bowl back or so missing, I would guess 10-20grams off of the side, but its no problem. With the speedy shipping and quality products and low prices, I can't complain. Look foward to my reviews(hopefully, if i get the phunnel tomorrow). If you remind me ( providing i forget), I'll show my exact setup, along with instructions for the new people, or those just curious. So, I plan on using the smiley's tonight, not sure what flavor. Probally the peach, since its got my lowest expectations, haha. Random holes poked with a toothpick, on an egyptian head. I'll edit my post in an hour and a half, when it's done acclimating, if the smell has changed. I'll try the peach around 6, and post some reviews and my how-to.
