Bryan
I smoked my Starbuzz Sweet Melon shisha in my pumpkin hookah with two layers of Reynolds foil with about 15 small holes with a toothpick for about an hour and ten minutes today. It was hitting very well, and very smooth. Now, when I pulled the foil off, no shisha stuck to the foil! But all the shisha on top was evenly brown and black, and some below was also.I'm probably just overreacting, but when shisha is properly cooked, does it turn black, aka a bit burnt?I'd just like to see a photo of some sort just to make sure it's normal. ASUSEAN1
also during the session if the bowl gets bad (really burnt), take the foil off and take a tiny amount of water and drop it on top of the tobacco. this will save a bowl even if you think it is too late

ASUSEAN1
haha maybe tonight, but i say that almost every time and never get around to doing it so i will try to explain a little better..take a water bottle and use the cap to measure the amount of water, slowly drop water into the cap so about half of the bottom (actually even less than that) is covered with water. take this and pour is directly on the shisha and it will fix a bowl that seemed like you couldnt save it

disturbedguru
Hmm thats interesting...never thought of that....usually when my bowl starts getting harsh i just rotate the shisha from the bottom and that gives me another 10 to 20 minutes since the shisha on the very bottom gets the least heat and all the juices and such from the top flow downward...but as a rule when my shisha is crispy and darkened its good and done. Bryan
It was all evenly "cooked", but it did taste slightly burnt. It may be just this type of sheesh.
