Natural Flavors

Hello,
I've been smoking my hookah now since October and I was curious to know what brands of shisha use natural flavors instead of artificial. I ask this because and I know it sounds weird but I'm also an active partisipant in natural and alternative health. I was looking around and found for example artificial strawberry takes about 50 chemicals to make and 25-30 of those are known to cause cancer. I like my hookah and my cigars because their in an almost as natural of a state as you can get where as cigarettes have 1000s of chemcials most of witch aren't public knowledge. I know the health risks involved with tobacco I just don't like the idea of giving my self a double whammy of cancer causing agents and on the plus side scientific research has as of yet looked at the health effects of a hookah session every once and a while. I'm not 100% sure on this, but I thought I remember hearing that using natural flavor is way too expensive and not as consistent. I think they are all artificial.
