okie Hookah company has taken 19 days, read 19 days to ship out my package. this is the e mails tht we have corresponded. i am really pissed.

Hookahcompany are definitely very slow at shipping out international orders. Most of my orders have had large delays.

However, the last time I ordered, I complained a lot about the constant order delays and they included a lot of free stuff (around 75% of the order value) which made me a happy customer and put them back into my good books.

Its so difficult to find a decent company that will ship internationally at good prices and quickly.
Social smoke have a 2 day delivery option which is very tempting but I have heard about problems with packages being stopped at customs.

I've hookah-shisha to be reliable and I'm going to be trying mnhookahs soon as well.

Well hookahcompany lost my business to mnhookahs due to the unexcusable delays.

Allways an excuse i'm afraid with them.

I've only ordered from them once, but in the comment box, I mentioned that they have pretty bad reviews in this forum about international shipping, and asked them nicely to speed up the process. My ordered did arrived within ten days at the end. But I do prefer MnHookah over HC, unless I want Al Fakher.
