To further explain our tobacco choice, we wanted to try and take the guess work out of buying hookah and hookah products. Most sites carry everything under the sun, whether it is of quality or not. We are trying to carry only products we know work and are at a good price. Of all the shisha brands we have tried, we think these two brands are the best. There are other good brands out there but we do not believe you can beat these two brands based on a quality and price combination. Our hope is that no one will ever regret a purchase from our site. What other brands do you like? We are always open to offering new ones if we find some with the same level of quality and value of these two brands.

The problem with that is it doesn't matter what you as a seller thinks, it's the customer who's always right! (old business lingo!). There is a middle ground between "everything under the sun" and "what we think are the 2 best".

We are a brand new site. We are trying to add new products as we get feedback on what customers like. Our intial inventory is based on what we knew was good. As we find more things that are of great quality and value, we will add them. Our site just opened. Our goal is to serve the hookah smokers needs. A lot of people on here like Pharaoh's, and considering there really aren't many places selling it online yet, you might want to check into that.

yea i only said starbuzz becuase most of the forum likes it, i think it is a waste of money for what it is.. you can get tobacco tht tastes jus as good for half the price

Starbuzz is my personal favorite tobacco. All i smoke now. lasts long, tastes great, and burns just right for me. I get it at a nice discount, so i dont mind at all

I really like the site. I like how simple it is. I agree that you should carry more brands of tobacco. But i already made an order and it was shipped the same day. Ill definitely come back.

Personally I justt think that you cant afford to sell anything else at the momment. Saying "we only carry what WE think is the best" is kind of silly. Also what i find the most important about an online store is their shipping cost. If you are the cheapest everyone willbuy from you.

After re-reading my first reply, I feel like I came off a bit too pointed.

It is a bit difficult to read a something a new person to the board (Vendor included) come on and tell the board that they have narrowed it down for us. LOL. This board IS the collective brain of hookah. So when statements like that are made, they come off like the old Jedi mind trick.

Anyway.... the reason you carry what you do is very obvious to me. Its the same reason the local head shop carries the same thing you do. Its the same reason I drive over 2 hours away to find better products. I dont care for your wholesalers wares. Lots of folks are riding the train you are on.... and you might end up being just another cookie-cutter vendor out there, those guys come and go.

Anyway..... read the forums and get , Id suggest reading the forums and letting the consumer narrow down the best.... or at least what we WILL buy.

Well, this post still sounds very critical, but I am trying to be constructive about it.

And I think the same of Rommans. It was good, but I've found more flavor for less price in other brands - Layalina tastes the same to me and is half the price.

As for acessories - anything. Mouthtips, ashtrays (don't laugh - one of mine rusted and I can't locate a replacement), more bowl and hose choices, and what about grommets? I'm always looking for good grommets (the ones I find locally are horribble).

yeah, I have to agree with most everyone. I love AW... but I think Romman is junk. Layalina, Pharaohs, Starbuzz (yuck! but most here like it), and Al-Fakher are missing from your choices.

Furthermore, you need to get more stuff. While I understand that you will only put on quality products that you yourself would use, perhaps its time to do some more R&D to get more stuff on there. I like your hookah selection, but its limited. Same thing with your accessories.

Also, I think the interface is kinda odd, but its navigatable... its up to personal preference.

Oh yeah, Three Kings and Easy-Lites are regarded as VERY high quality coals, you need those too.
