NargileClub
Joe, Kava Kava is not a drug. it is a root grown in lava rock in Hawaii. It is used for many purposes. Also I would not serve it if it was elligal. In fact i am not going to explain anything to ou. You need to do your research and figure it out your self. It does not compare to Drugs that are clearly illegal. Salvia is Illegal in most staes. They are getting ready to do a nation wide Ban on Salvia. So it is against the law to sell it or smoke it. Kava Kava is not. It also isused to help people to regulate depression. So Joe do some real research. I do not ever listen to people that run to the Winkipiedia or how ever its spelled. That site is notoriuos for shareing wrong and miss guided info. Do some real research. Like I did. Oh and by the way. I am a old Surfer 42 to be exact. I have been enjoying Kava Kava sense My Uncle Loni Joe taught me to surf. Kava Kava has been around for a very long time. Longer than you have been alive. Its even oldr than me. I am Old.LOLSmiley

John Stuart Mill
Kava is perhaps more dangerous than many illegal substances. In Canada and Germany it’s, in fact, illegal to sell it. The Canadian health agency banned it due to its adverse health effects. Namely concerns over its liver toxicity have led to the drug being reconsidered by several countries. Salvia is only illegal in Missouri, Delaware, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Tennessee. Salvia can legally be smoked, chewed and consumed in any manor you wish in every other state. Salvia unlike kava has shown no ill effects. Kava and salvia share a rich history of use spanning some time. Smiley coco leaves the root source of cocaine have been chewed for thousands of years. Does this mean we should be allowed to discuss it? To say that cultures have used it for some time means nothing. The nation wide ban on salvia has stalled and does not appear to be passable.
