Rove Investigation... Or Plo-longed Coverup?

So the Office of Special Counsel (the is office can actually subpoena anyone in the executive branch except the pres and vice) has said they are going to investigate Rove and the appearance that he has ran political activities on federal property, a violation of the Hatch act. Repubs went after Gore because supposedly he used the wrong phone in the Whitehouse to make certain phone calls.
Rove had Powerpoint presentations at federal offices like the GAO showing the political landscapes of the 2008 election and what these different offices could do to make things more favorable for republicans (like there is anything that can help those rotten bastages at this point)
Also what led to the firing of one of the attorneys is at issue.

The big problem is the guy that GW handpicked to do this job and his track record. His name is Bloch and he is under investigation and his track record appears that he is just another GW henchman.
Most likely they want to tie a bunch of evidence up in his office and drag this out beyond 2008. One thing I am pretty sure of is that this guy is not going to run a non-partisan investigation because it does not appear to be in his fiber as a human being. Especially in light of the crowd he runs with.
