Testical
Im smoking smileys on a glass funnel and i noticed that unless i pull fairly hard i dont get any flavor. When i used my old standard clay bowl i would have to pull pretty soft or else the heat would fuse the shisha to the foil and burn it. So am i supposed to be pulling hard or soft? cymptom
The pull on the funnel bowl should be relatively unrestricted -- all funnel bowls tend to have an easy draw because the tobacco can't block the airways in the bowl. Could it be that you have too few holes in the foil? Is the foil pulled tight enough so that it doesn't cover the hole in the funnel? Make sure that you don't have any tobacco accidentally covering the funnel hole. The draw should be about as unrestricted as it is when you breathe through the bowl without the foil and without any tobacco packed.edit: In terms of flavor... the funnel bowl should give you just as much flavor, if not more, than a standard bowl. Though, Smileys shisha, from my experience, tends to have a relatively mild flavor no matter what kind of bowl you use.
girlgeek
Are you using a scalli mod? If not do you have enough shisha in the bowl? you could be sucking the foil over the hole. If the problem is just the flavor try adding another half coal, sometimes smiley's needs a little extra heat to really get going.
