mushrat
A friend told me about a new place in the next town over that had hookahs. I drove over and checked it out. Its a greek and labanese cafe where you can smoke OUTSIDE only. Doesn't suprise me as the Town of Cary tends to be collectivly uptight. They carry 1 brand of Ma'asell called Sara made in Jordan. It was as pricey as I'd expect for Cary, $9 for a 200g box. They had a 2 apple and a mixed fruit. I grabbed a 2 apple. Insite the box is a little tub. Inside the tub, wrapped in 2 baggies is the ma'asell. It smells damn fine. It is very wet but with thick liquid. Finer chopped than Naklha, more like my Afzal, with very few stems. The box says its made with honey not molasses. I'll try to smoke some tonight and post a review. Anyone else heard of this brand?
cypress
I have heard of their coals as HookahCulture sent me it. I think the company is based in TX and gets their stuff in Jordan.
mushrat
Could be... The box is almost all in arabic. It does say made in jordan with jordanian phone numbers. also the box was actually printed in Jordan. Looks like you all describe the fairly premium stuff. I'm going to go try it now...will let you all know.
