The King
So I went and picked up a few more packs of shisha the other day, AW African Kiwi, After Nine, Cherry... But the After nine was really wierd, there were a lot of stems, and these little strings of something in it... no clue what it was, not like regular leaves at all, seemed almost like strings of plastic wrap. Just disapointed, that 50g pack probably wont do more than one bowl.
Sonthert
Tobacco can be quite stringy, especially when not groomed or cut well. Sometimes other material like straw or corn silk can get in there and confuse things.
ShishaFred
Tangiers tobacco is quite stringy , does it mean it's not cut well ?

The King
No like the strings don't seem like tobacco...their kind of transparent
teq
I'd hate to say it, but maybe it's filler?
The King
Idk, it was AW, so I doubt it was a common occurence like a filler as they are pretty popular.
AinSophAur
most if not all mint shisha is stringy with little white stems. I have no idea why. It seems like every brand that has mint in it gets it from the same place.
