Can't Access Account

Yeah so I usually lurk around but I tired to access my account the other day (Loumeer) to post something and it wont let me (wrong username and password).

I tried to use the recover password option but it wont email me any information.

I honestly have no idea who to talk to and I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this in.

Could somebody please let me know who to contact or if you are a mod could you contact me so I can get this resolved.
