About the fifth or sixth try with the waterpipe, and finnaly, by reading this forum a lot, I got it right!
It was amazing; Banana tobacco with a bit of milk in the base... it was like smoking Banana milkshake jummy!
Tobacco wasn't burning and we could go on like 45min with the bowl...

Perhaps it's good that I share what I did differently:
- I made a hole in the tobacco in the bowl in the middle; I packed it so that it was a tiny bit less in the middle of the bowl too
- the milk in the base : perfect thick soft smoke clouds... You should've seen the rings!
- ducktaped some risc (sp?) spots like the hose => pip connection etc etc

I bet you could have gotten longer out of the bowl as well Try using a 2nd set of coals!
