Problem With Mnhookah Need Help

Here are some pictures of my green / blue bowl and my friends black / blue bowl.
The Green one is about 3" in diameter and the Blue / Black one is about 2.5' in diameter





So I got 2 of those bowls and here I will post my official order:

there is a BIG difference between shopping ONLINE and shopping IN PERSON

some of you need to understand that difference.

it is one thing when you walk into wal-mart and pick up the wrong damn product. that is undeniably not wal-mart's fault.

when I (and other members of the board) shop online, we see text and usually some kind of visual representation.

we place the item in our shopping basket and leave the rest to the vendor. what happens from there is out of our hands.

now if the OP had put the wrong bowl in his basket and his receipt showed mediums instead of smalls, then it would be o.k.

glad to see MNH is making the right move, I have had numerous successful orders from them.

Sonthert here, I have a few thoughts, here.

Hi Everybody. My account is also taking a fat shit. So, I'll be Officer Rod Farva for awhile. I feel the pain of Cymptom and DjBomberto and all my other brothers and sisters who have had their accounts stripped away.

1. These bowls are all handmade, they vary in size. Nothing to be done about it. Even if the bisques were perfectly sized...the firing process is going to vary the sizes in a standing box type kiln. Sorry. Thats the risks.

2. The Black and blue in the picture you posted Amichai, is a small...kinda a large one if you ask me, actually. I believe those oasis green/cobalt blue ones are mediums...if I remember the order. Don't quote me on that. Damn handsome looking if I do say so myself!

3. Their website only shows one color of medium (black) and doesn't show an Oasis Green/Cobalt blue at all. They do have more on order, though.

4. Putting less tobacco in doesn't work...it needs to be the right size that you want.

5. I'm sure MN will make it right...if they don't I will.

See what develops, contact me in a couple of weeks if nothing happens or they don't satisfactorily resolve your problem. Don't ask me who to send a PM to...probably both Officer Rod Farva and Sonthert.
