I heard from a few that they think the wood coals actually project more of a taste/flavor on the ma'assel than other coals...Lemon Wood I have found are really really good for smoking, but they're a pain in the you know what! I have heard pretty rave reviews about nour...anyone with input on this, good or bad? When I smoke tonight I will prob use the 3 kings, but tomorrow I am hoping to take advantage of my friends balcony so hopefully then I can try out one of Math's Goldens! cypress Posted May 11, 2005 Share Posted May 11, 2005 If you like convienece then go with Golden. Nour are too but require a longer time to light. Its up to you. Buy a bag and try them out.
