I definitely like my QT, but i cant say i dont wish id gone for a mya acrylic some days.
Its really portable, easy to clean and take apart and assemble, and it smokes really really well.
Its just so tiny.
Having said that, if you need a first hookah, or a small hookah, this is about as ideal as it gets. You cant screw anything up, and the hookah always pulls great so the only issue is how well you can manage the heat.

As a fellow British dude, i'm advising you to buy the QT before July 1st (which is the smoking ban), which will mean prices within the country unless you import. Edited by Jamal

i love the qt, its a great small hookah for taking to friends house, or even driving (in coordinance with the "ultimate combo bowl", of course), its got a nice thick base, and smokes like a champ once you fully perfect the water level. id go for it.

Hi billy,

The QT is a great hookah, especially for beginners. As the other members have said its really hard to muck anything up, its durable and it always smokes well, plus you can make it a 2 hose and it will still smoke well. It also comes in basically every color you could think of and most models come with an awesome stainless steel carying case for easy protability.

Overall, a highly recommended hookah, especially for a first time owner.

You can find many US sites that carry them such as hookah-life.com, hookah-shisha.com, socialsmoke.com.

Hope this helps. wink.gif

Thanks for the links, I was thinking of pumpkin hookahs...? are they any good as the QT's?

Go with the QT. It's a Mya. I've heard good things and bad things about pumpkin hookahs. The main thing is the base is sooo shallow that you have to get the water level down to perfection and know how to manage your coals. I would reccomend the QT, I think it's going to be my next purchase, as well.

Well I just went to a currency converter online and it said £22.68 GBP for $44.99 USD . . . So, IDK if that's good or bad. lol But I know you UK blokes pay an arm and a leg on hookah stuff over there. I feel sorry for y'all! JD is always complaining about the exchange rate and how good the "bloody" prices are over here in the U.S.

lol, that is quite cheap i say, and JD is right comparing the prices from here to other country's we are getting ripped off, I might aswell just buy it from MNH before July 1st cause of the smoking ban (sad.gif) thanks for all your help!

Indeed, too high and you get water in your hose, too low and it won't function properly.

It only takes a try or two to figure out how much water you need, after playing with it the first day i havent thought twice about it in a year.

It hits quite well, easily as well as my bigger hookah. With a tangeirs medium bowl and a mya wide hose the pull is like breathing in air, and sometimes it feels almost like its easier.
Definitely a fan, and i love having it for a portable hookah, and it would certainly serve fine as an only hookah, but there are a couple things i dont like:
1. the vent is sortof awkardly angled, and so you cant clear all the smoke out of the chamber in a single blow.
2. the only thing holding the tray onto the stem is the bowl grommet. I've seen a fix for this that involved notching the tray, but thats too much work.
3. the tray is rather small. Leaving a coal on it will amost surely melt the grommet (i have).

Having said all that, no regrets here in buying it, and all my friends love it.

Kinda down to the last minute. All the sites I posted earlier can be trusted and have great reviews. I'd go ahead and order. OH, Hookah-Life.com has them on sale now!
