Leaving The Pipe In The Fridge

Recommended Posts

Got told this method of my recent trip to Dubai, just leave your pipe in the fridge overnight for example and just before your about to smoke your shisha take it out and insert it in. When you start breathing it in, you get this amazing cold air feeling works well with strong flavours like mint.

Wow. That would really kick you inna rocks!

Especially with Mint.

But I endorse the cold cold cold water approach. However after 30 mins it's room temp anyways.

Having said that... I once put smilies into the freezer and i have to say the clouds were MENTAL.

I typically leave a base jar in the fridge (have 2 of the same jar) so I have a cold base to start with - sometimes I'll stick the whole jar in the freezer for 30min as well. I can't fit my stems in the fridge or freezer.

I found the chilled jar, plus icey water (not ice, just 24hr chilled H2O) makes the cold stay longer, but still... considering trying the salt water + ice method.

Was thinking of doing the same, until someone told theres a possibilty your base vase could break due to it being glass.

i love precooling my vase in different ways, but I have found if you make it TOO immesnley cold (once, I filled my qt with ALL ice cubes and just added water for hte downstream) it gets nice and dense alright, but SUPER harsh. so watch it...
