Never smoked it, but friends have... I hear it's just not the same..not as thick smoke, not as much flavor...and absolutely no buzz, plus its expensive...

but if you don't want the nicotine its a good alternative i guess

They say its better then tobacco.... but your still smoking something... like saying that eating flavored poop is better then eating straight poop, its still poop!!

I got a sample once of the stuff - picked it apart and tried to "guess" what the hell it was... and couldn't fathom. It's scary, if it's not tobacco, then what the heck is it anyways? And how do I know it's any safer than normal shisha? Smoking, anyway your color it, is still smoking.

Plus, from the reviews, it's just a waste of $$.

I did NOT smoke the stuff; if I want to smoke, I'll live with the "tobacco damage" of normal shisha.

Soex is possibly the worst thing i've ever smoked, got a pack free with one of my hookah's, they'd have done me a favour by not sending it. Edited by Jamal

I am led to believe Soax is made using sugar cane bark.

The ingredients are in pig latin - and i think it's been translated on here somewhere.

I like the use of the word 'herbal' though. Allthough what makes sugar cane bark more healthy than tobacco I am not sure.

At least you know what's what with tobacco!

It was translated to sugar cane bagasee, or the byproduct of processing sugar cane. Essentially it's sugar cane mulch >.<

Sugar cane mulch???? OMG's, how can that be better than normal shisha? *shutters* That is so freaking scary...

It's only scary because you don't know what it is.

It's no 'scarier' than tobacco, all things considered.

It all comes from plants.

I was being sarcastic dude. I know what mulch is - I even know what "sugar cane byproducts" look like. Hell, I even know what a freaking Sugar Beet is... and I've seen tobacco plants up close and personal (nice living in a tobacco state). The fact that they went out of their way to 'mislead' people with the descriptions was more along the lines of what I was getting at.
