Calcartman Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 We used to have one of these threads, but it was so long ago, i figured starting a modern one was better.plus i just took pics.so...post up pictures of your collection.the unmarked tubs are marked, but hard to see, tangiers orange soda, peach iced tea, and lemon blossom.the little tub is fumari cream soda (or, if you listen to whalens tobacco in berkeley, their homemade shisha, cream soda)Theres a story behind that Also, the other side has 2 "junior police" badge stickers on it, from the two cops who've tried to bust me for drugs. anathema Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 i have a mini hookah and i smoke all my stuff before buying new shisha so i have no collection =[takes some time to take it all out and put it back in those tubs huh? unless you were planning on having a hookah buffet.OMG ROLAND INSTANT LITES, i'd rather have some rocks i heated up with my lighter. first time i used those things i was like, dude i taste the coal, then i didn't care much, but after that, all we got were head/stomach aches. See the bent piece of PVC next to it? take a cup, and fill it with soap solution (or bubbles, but i just bought the bubbles at a dollar store, home-made mixture of dish-soap diluted with water works better) and you dip the pvc in and blow bubbles as big as your head.The Al Fakher grape is a bit wierd. Its good, but its not what i was expecting. Im used to nakhla grape, which is like jolly rancher grape flavor, and very candy grape. This AF Grape is like welshes white grape juice, in a smoke.Its really good, and it smoked well, it was just interesting.The Rolland Instant Lights are terrible, but i have a box cause the local store sells em, and in a pinch they will work. You just have to wait about 2 minutes AFTER they look completely ashed to smoke off them.And i needed to clean out the big tub (my fusion guava leaked ) so i took the time to do it.But it really didnt take long to put stuff away.My big box has the hookahs (the 2 big ones anyway), the quicklights and natural coals, and the 3 wrapped boxes of japs, as well as all the extra bowls, and an extra propane tank.The medium box has all my shisha.The little box has my QT, mouthtips, propane torch, hookah-foil (only because it came with new hookah, usually just have big piece of foil in there).My method is essentially this, when i smoke at home, pull out a hookah, some shisha, and pack it in the small box. Bring the small box wherever i need it, and put everything back when im done. The big and medium boxes stay home 99% of the time, unless i need to transport all my hookah stuff.The little box is for transport. Hence it has the stuff you always need, and i basically drop in shisha and its set.EL, i really like those hose-covers, and im jealous of your funnel bowls, and SB collection. I saw it and am considering buying it. hows it work?And yes, that is the bohemian rocket hookah from hookah-company.I got it in 2-hose with package, came with the fusion shisha (this guava is f-ing amazing), foils, and easy-lite coals (i already had 3 boxes coming, whats one more?).I quite like the hookha, the base grommet doesn't hold tightly like, my QT, but its sealing inside, not outside, and its still airtight. Some people pointed, everyone watched.Next time, the campus police come over, investigate, and tell me i need to approve it with the dean of student life, because they were having to leave the parking lot where cars were being broken into, to investigate drug use.So i packed up, made my appointment, and waited almost 2 weeks to see the dean.And he said well i did research and its legal, i said yes it is, and he had several pages of logged calls from the past 6 months of people claiming i was doing drugs and had a bong.So, i agreed to smoke in a lower-visibility area most of the time, and they'd stop hassling me. Thats when i added "NOT DRUGS" to the box.A few months later, im in the main quad for the second to last day of school, and there was a new campus officer as well, who had been in richmond (not a pleasant town). For description, he had a mohawk shaved into his head in front, and long hair in back. like a mohawk+mullet.and the other cop was like its been approved by bill (the dean), and i said yup, just tobacco.And he screams i dont care what it is, i want it out.So i blew out an O, and kept smoking.I cant wait to go back next semester and bring all my hookahs out, just to piss him off.And you better get on those stickers!
