A single hose hookah has fewer places for there to be an air leak, simply by virtue of the fact that it has only one opening.Also, just because you spent 160$ on a hookah, doesn't mean its going to be a good hookah. 3rooker Posted June 11, 2007 Share Posted June 11, 2007 Single hose will most likely smoke better than a multi-hose hookah because you have less chance of air leaks.
