Ordered Friday June 8th, purchased 1 250g tub of shisha w/ USPS Prority shipping (less than $15). Come Monday, I came home to a notice from the Post that my package was in. CA to VA over a weekend - fast shipping for USPS!

Package was well packed, intact. Cardboard box was stained w/ shisha juice. Opened, plastic box was uncracked. Goil foil bag was sealed, but sticky. Shisha is PERFECT - ultra drippy.

They also gave me about 10 different hose tips as well.

I'm very happy with my order! Highly recommend them for AF shisha!

The price was right, delivery prompt, even sent some free mouthpiece tips. Freshness date is ambiguous. Is it the shelf pull date, or the date or manufacture?

Ordered on June 12th at night, 2x250g tubs arrived on the 14th. Well I live in socal, cheap shipping <$5.
Items were not sticky, unopened, and packaged correctly except for the misspelling on the inside of the box "Al Fakhir" had me worried for a bit but the shisha and it's containers were all labeled correctly. Very prompt.

edit: on my credit card i was charged by "ALFAKER ONLINE , 310-584-6622 , CA"

Your order which was 250g Golden Grape and 250g Mint was taken directly out of the warehouse which stores all Al Fakher Products. It would be impossible for us to send any package which has the writing "Al Fakir" as you mentioned. We will refund you for the Al Fakher Molasses and the shipping of your package, and supply you with 10 free boxes of your choice if you can send us the box back. smile.gif

Ordered one 36" Al Fakher premium Hookah and a box of Easy-Lite Japanese Charcoal.
The service was fast, shipped out the next day after I placed the order. The customer service is awesome, both online and by phone, answered all my questions promptly and politely.
I recieved my package to find that my Hookah and its components were well wrapped and padded, no broken bowls, vases or crushed shisha boxes.
The 2 free 50g packs were dated October 2006 and March 2007, the freshest dates I have ever found on Al Fakher.

For their customer service, speed, and quality of said products, I will have no problem recomending this retailer to anybody wanting a quality hookah or the freshest and cheapest Al Fakher shisha you can get.

I ordered 4 kilos of tobacco. It came in six days from LA-four if you take out the weekend-ground ship to NY, so FedEx did a good job; Fakher shipped it the day after the order was sent, and threw in a bag of charcoal (1 kg.) and a sample pack of green grape (They were surprised I didn't want any). They also answered any questions I had. Some tobacco seems to be from April 2007, the oldest box was from September 2006 (Which is still a really good date it seems with American Fakher), and a majority seems to be March 07. A very smooth transaction; I've had good transactions with everyone, but this is the freshest Fakher I've found and was also the best prices...so its what I recommend. Plus, the free charcoal and free sample is a plus.

I sent in three box tops from my last order with AL FAKIR writing and the Arabic language offer for ten free boxes. I mailed this out monday and as of Friday morning I have heard nothing from the company. I included my shipping label, phone # and email. Guess we'll see what happens. I would hate to think that a fine solid company like Al Fakher would intentionally set up a promotion for the exclusive benefit of their Arabic-literate public. In this country we call that discrimination. angry.gif

I ordered a few flavours from them. Cinnamon, Cola, Apricot, Double Apple, and Liquorice (50g of all), I forgot to add Berry so I emailed them to ask if they could add it to my order but I think the transaction had already gone through so I didn't recieve that Berry but that was my own mistake I guess.

I'm from UK but even so the delivery only took about a week which is pretty good for an international delivery! Also they sent it as if it were a gift so I had no problem with customs!

I will definetly purchase from them again in the future and I recommend all UKers who wish to purchase AL-Fakher molasses to purchase off this site.

I ordered the large 36" hookah + a few sampling of their tobacco, had a great expereience dealing with them. Talking to them on the phone, I got a great deal and a few recommendations on their tobacco selection. Even recommended me to try drinking tea with my smoking.

The order was returned by FedEx because of a wrong address, but they were nice enough to drive it directly to my house (I live 30 min. away from their office.) I thought that was way cool of them.

Great service, great hookah, tobacco, and just super customer support. I love their stuff, and I'll be sure to order from AFonline again when I run out.

I noticed that the stem on my hookah wasn't quite airtight, called them up and got a replacement within a week.

i placed an order on saturday july 14th around 6:30am. received an email from AFonline on monday july 16th saying that the package was being shipped that day. the package left los angeles on tuesday and started making its way to canada.

it took a little over two weeks for me to receive it so i thought it was shipped regular parcel. when i had the package in my hands today i realized that it was shipped priority. i understand that the shipping delay is not AFonline's fault whatsoever. it would be the fault of USPS/Canada Post or Canada Customs. AFonline was very prompt in shipping my order and i am very pleased with their efficiency.



one i opened the package, i found my three 250g tubs placed nicely in the box and surrounded by those packing beans along with my healthy hose and some free mouth tips. ive done tons of packing when i used to run an online store and this was done very well.



one thing i did notice was my box of mint was leaking. a good chunk of the box was soaked but, whatever, im not gonna cry about it.



overall, i am very satisfied with my transaction with AFonline. i would definitely order from them again.

edit: i forgot to mention the manufacture dates of the shisa. mint was august 2006, grape was june 2007, and strawberry was may 2007. very fresh stuff. Edited by mushrat

This place is great. I got coals, 21 50g packs of shisha, and one of their hoses. The customer service there is amazing, I don't think I have ever been more impressed with a online company. They have great prices and from there grape I have tried, which was amazing, I am going to have some very pleasurable smoking experiences coming. The review on all of the other pruducts will come soon wink.gif . I give this company a 10/10. biggrin.gif

Ordered from them on the 4 (night) of December to Cyprus (lower europe). Along with my order i also send a couple of emails which were never replied.
As i saw , i was packed on the 7th and shipped on the 8th. Thats 3 days from order to shipping out. here is the usps details. Delivered Abroad,

9 and 10 of december was weekend so doesnt count. thats 6 days for shpping across the world. The package was perfectly packed and cleared customs with no problems, i dont have to pay a buck. Was marked as low value gift and was impossible to guess what was in.

Am very satisfied from their service but disappointed for the unanswered emails.

Anyway, i cant give them less than 8/10, fast service, best AF prices (as expected) and good quality products.

RECOMENDED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AS THE PACKAGE CLEARED CYSTOMS W/O PROBS 10/10 IN THAT

I ordered two weeks a go a lot of tobacco and their service is very, very good. Quick responses, shipments, tracking, everything was okay!

I like to 'work' with them. For people outside the US it's better to work with the FedEx because they are faster, safer and don't open parcels.

I wanted to try a bunch of AF flavors and decided to purchase direct from the source...Al Fahker Online.

They had an awesome summer special going: Buy 10 50g get 10 50g FREE! I also picked up 5 more 50g and a Healthy Hookah Hose just to have around.

Ordered on a Sunday, received it on Friday via FedEx. It was packaged well and all the boxes were sealed...only one was leaking a little bit, nothing major.

Would def order from them again.

Anybody knows if this shop is still working?
I have ordered a Hookah on Aug 24th, and I live in NL. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping notification or anything since. Emails are not replied, and phone is not picked up. Answering Machine is full.... :-(

I ordered from them 6 days ago (9/2). Until now (6 days after) I did not get any tracking number nor did I received the order!

When I called them, they asked me my name & order# only to tell me that their "computer" is having problems and asked me to call tomorrow!!!

Talk about professionalism!!

Not only that, they have charged me $30 for Priority shipping!!! (priority arrives in 2 business days from CA to Dallas)

 

I am demanding them to cancel my order and refund me fully.
