Calcartman
Unless you know for certain its washable, its probably not. The inside rusting is about the only way to know.
Johnny_D
Even the 'washable' hoses have been shown to rust. There is only one truly washable hose. One that you make yourself. Check out the 'How-to-funhouse'. Or search on 'homemade hoses' It's easy, cheap with very few serious downsides.JD

leadpipecinch21
yeah, i'd definitely say no....and the homemade hoses are sweet, unless the hose is real stiff, then it's a pain...

insidius
Well, yeah. They're very big, great pull. I have no complaints. Mine tasted like plastic the first smoke or two, but now they're great.

ghostofdavid
I set up my hookah yesterday to finish smoking off the last of my sample of Starbuzz Pumpkin Pie (dag, yo, it aint fo sale no mo) and at my first drag I got a mouth full of sandy particles. I spit into my hand and found several rust particles from my newish Mya hose!!!!!I folded the hose over twice and beat it against my bedroom wall, blew outward against my hand and a whole lot of rust came out. I wasn't happy, so I grabbed my leatherman and pocket knife and snipped off the tips. I'll attach them to my plastic FDA food grade tubing hose... and or just stick with different nonwashable hoses and season them for flavor. The most frustrating part is the hose is a washable one and I've never even washed it!
