Good Quality 2 Hose?

Recommended Posts

hey guys. Im new to the whole hookah culture etc, but am looking to buy a good quality (sturdy, no leaks, smooth, big hits etc) 2 hose hookah...probably around 30" or so (is this a good size? I don't want it too big or too small). Have been looking on various websites, but there are so many to choose from & i don't want to buy a crap one. Looking to spend around $150.00AUD, but can go a bit higher if need be. Would be much appreciated if you could give me some recommendations. Cheers! Edited by aah

You can get a quality two hoser for that much, and likely much less. I've personally been looking at the Mya Vortex recently, and I know some others have used them. In fact, there's a thread about it I'm pretty sure. Give that a search and see what comes up.

The Mya Acrylic smoke very well, and are very sturdy little machines. I know many Hookah Lounges prefer to use the Mya's, whether it be glass or acrylic bases. They usually have easy maintenance and they smoke like champs. Plus you can't beat the price tag, and you can always upgrade to glass base eventually. I'm almost positive the stems that fit acrylics will also fit the glass bases at www.myasaray.com. Your best bet is to buy a 1 hose acrylic and then buy the 2nd hose adaptor and a 7 dollar mya hose. That way you can just throw you valve on if you want a solo smoke session and not have to worry about plugging the other hose.. I don't believe the acrylics come with autoseal, but you can purchase an autoseal for the mya.

Check out the review for Mya Acrylics in the Product Review Forum, that might give you a better idea.
