I would like to make it right but I never would have bought 2 at the price I payed plus shipping.
hooky1742
split the difference with them if you want to build good-will. If you aren't bothered about that, i guess you don't technically have to pay them anything extra. They had a dodgy system and left it online (knowing it might undercharge) at their own risk.It would be nice of you to go halfway in the interest of maintaining good relations though. Scoop
lol totally their loss...bad business practice, hardly your fault. they should man up to it, admit it was their wrong and let it go...if you're running a business dont you try to fix problems?i feel its totally justifible if they shipped it without realizing you didn't pay enough and then complained to you afterwards, i didn't realize it became the customers job to make sure everything is cool before paying the bill. Sonthert
If you feel morally responsible, do something, if not, don't. I can't answer your conscience. Negotiate with them...call them, maybe he'll forget the money if you go survey the prices of Al Fahker on other sites for him. Maybe he'll ask you to review the flavors for their website...whatever, I'm saying, if you choose to, you can probably come to some sort of agreement/compromise. You are right, Mushy, but I don't have a specific story for this case. As Lenny said:"Hey, Homer, people make mistakes, thats why pencils have erasers."
