*HOT&SMOKING*
I just wanted to ask out in the open what your guys/gals thoughts are on buying from e-bay.......I am against it as one can never be sure who you really are buying from unless you know the person....so ya sorry to jack the thread though..... But to answer your question to me the hose does not look washable but ya rather call the seller and ask!-H&S

MandirnOrange
as for ebay, ive done business with many ebayers, but i look at the feedback before i purchase. If they have a lot of positive feedback, its usually pretty safe.and as for the cobra, i was wondering if this ebay cobra hose is different than the ones retail stores are selling. Ive read other posts about those hoses but the ones on ebay looked different. Thanks for the input.
gyoza
I have been a LONG time reader and never a poster on this forum, but I had to register and give my 2cents for this one.I would recommend NOT buying from this seller (or ebay in general). I bought a 2 hose hookah from this seller and after reading general ebay reviews from this site, I ordered a 2 hose (sirius) from social smoke, BEFORE I EVEN RECIEVED THE FIRST HOOKAH!It took almost 2 weeks to recieve the hookah (it ships from Israel) and it was VERY LOW QUALITY. It was exactly as it appeared and discribed, but after seeing and using the social smoke hookah, I would never ever use that ebay hookah. Its sitting in my attic right now. The hoses that came with it werent much better quality and I wouldn't put them anywhere near my mouth.
Johnny_D
Welcome gyoza And thanks for your very welcome comments! To be honest i've never seen a good e-bay related purchase.Around these parts we call it Flea-bay!I'll never use it. zeppyrkr
yeah i got my hookah off ebay its not bad but they get so much positive feed back because the people that buy off them arent the most experienced hookah smokers because most experienced hookah smokers stay away from ebay, just what ive heard ... Hannibal
I have a cobra hose for my small egyptian (not that same hose, but a cobra non-the-less), and its not at all washable. My take on ebay for hookah related purchasing:Dont......ever.....It aint much cheaper than true online hookah retailers, but is a hell of a lot crappier. (not trying to make the OP feel bad or nothin)
Big Boss
Cobra hoses are about as washable as a computer circuit board.

But I never buy from anyone with less than a 99% rating, and I buy a lot internationally. I collect vintage kimono and I have a favorite seller than ships me beautiful merchandise from Kyoto when I win the bids. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a hookah if it fit my requirements for an eBay purchase: a) 99% rating; know the merchandise I'm buying; and c) watch the item and similar items and see what it's going for.'Rani
mrmonk7663
For ebay, I have dealt with one good company for hookah stuff. I believe it is Genuine Hookah. They have the Mya Thick hose for a good deal. Shipping isn't overinflated either. I have to say my Mya Thick hose has been my best hose by far. Now I have a Nammor hose, and while my Nammor gives a little thicker smoke, the flavor the Mya delivers is still better!!!
