As per the advice of many of you here, I contacted Hookah-Shisha.com First I wrote them an email, then today I called them. I talked to an individual named Scott. He was very nice but did not quite understand what I was explaining to him about the hose, so he asked if I could send over some pictures. I took the pics and send them to him. I called him back and he told me he understood what I was talking about and he said he also understood how I would want it to be perfect for the money etc etc. So, what Scott is doing, and he is doing it without me having to even say it, is this. He is shipping me a new Nammor, ASAP. He said they would hand pick it to assure the same problem isn't on the hose. He also is including a PREPAID UPS shipping label for me to return the old hose, so that I have no extra out of pocket expense. To me this seems like A+++ customer service. At no time did I have to get upset or lose my calm. As of right now (and of course assuming the new hose arrives) I am 100% satisfied and will do business with HOOKAH-SHISHA now and in the future. A great company that is truly concerned about their customers satisfaction and their reputation as a business. Here is a crappy picture of what i'm talking about. I don't have my editing software on this computer or else I would show you the good picture, but hopefully this gives you a good idea.
