Star Coals?

Recommended Posts

Well,  I went into a hookah lounge awhile ago,  and I asked
the bartender which brand of coals she was using.  She said that
she didn't know what brand they were,  but the wrapper had a star
on it.  If this is the same coal that you're talking about,
then I don't think you'll be disappointed.  It burned for around
45 minutes or more and was completely flavorless.  I was very
impressed

I went ahead and ordered some of the Bright Star coals from them and had them throw in a can of Abed Elkendar apple and liccorice. I couldn't reach them on the phone but the chat operator was online and said that stuff is made in Israel. Strange...Well, maybe not really, but still odd for most of us here.

I had some coals that were called something along the lines of
starlight, or bright star, and I must say, I was really not
impressed.  It may not be what you're talking about though.

But about these coals I had...Smelled like a barbecue when lit, not
pleasant at all.  I tried 3kings later on and was like
"woah!  this is WAY better..."

Anyway, good luck to you   Let us know your results.

It doesn't sound odd to me,  Israel is REAL hip on Hookah
Smoking,  it's VERY popular there,  lot's of Hookah
Lounges.  For the price it's probably going to taste like doggy
doo,  but what the hell,  it's worth trying once

Here's one for you: I got an email from Smoking-hookah.com notifying me that my coals and tobacco have been shipped out today (quick!). Funny thing is , it's all coming from Israel! Hmm. I thought they were in New Jersey or something. Double Hmm. Pretty Country from what I remember.
