I've also had trouble finding information regarding base diameters. Does anyone know what the measurements of some of the mini hookahs are (QT, Pumpkin, Apple, Pear)? The McTini was the only one that had a listing: 3.25' (8 cm) at the widest point. symptom CY
I wouldn't touch that thing either. I'm not one for smalll hookahs... if I gotta, the Mya QT is acceptable, but no Pumpkins or McTinis for me....
Allia22
I'd get it just because it'd fit in a cupholder. I wouldn't use it or anything, I'd just have the hookah chilling in the cupholder.
SmokeMojo
That looks like it has a male fitting bowl.. If it breaks, they're hard to find ones that fit on small hookahs. I had a pear and it worked good, downfall was the male fitting bowl and a very thin/small diameter tray for coals. Lots of spills. Male fitting bowls have a tendency of sliding up and tipping while smoking as the metal and bowl expand and shrink at different rates. If you're going for a small hookah, and you're set on one that small.. That will fit in a cup holder.. Dish out the extra cash and go to fumari.com and look in mini hookahs. They have a great handheld there made entirely of metal, with a wind guard attached to the bowl area. It has a stiff pipe hose so you can hold it with one hand and smoke. You don't have to bother with bringing the hose to your mouth with your other hand. You could probably attach a normal hose to it as well so long as it had a screw on end.. Like a Mya Cloisonne. Maybe even fit a hose adaptor on it. It's $50.00 but it's great craftsmanship and it's solid/air tight.. Great pulls.. Less coal needed. I can carry it around at parties like a normal pipe and just smoke haha..
ghostofdavid
60 bucks will also get you a pretty solid Egyptian.
SmokeMojo
Yeah, if you're gonna spend $60 you can get a nice Egyptian But I'd say no on the mctini.
OBY
Just to revive an old thread....I just bought it yesterday so hopefully it will come in the next few days. I will let you all know how it works.
hookahlife
Hey OBY,It actually smokes rather well. I mean for a hookah thats like 9" tall it really hits, its great for personal use, or to put on the kitchen table. It has a small bowl, but smokes for a while so you end up saving shisha. The only drawback is that its so small you really have to hold it when you smoke, otherwise it might tip over. Out of the few hookahs we actually keep around for smoking this is one of them along with a Mya Acrylic, a huge solid Copper/Nickel Plated Egyptian, a and this little one. Hope this helps.Regards,MikeHookah Life
hookah hippie
Well it seems I am a little late. Personally I would run from that hookah it looks like a real piece of crap. As many have said before you get what you pay for try not to be disappointed.
guyt
Its funny that the free stuff you get with the hookah is worth more than the hookah itself. But you should review it once you get it, I might just get it if its any good.
joseph*
Well, I can;t really add anything that hasn't been said about the apparent quality of this hookah, but I can say that driving while smoking a hookah, even with a lid over the coals, sounds like a recipe for disaster. I can't imagine not being able to go without hookah while driving. If you really need the nicotine, buy some cigarettes. I would hate for someone to get in an accident because their hookah fell while they were driving and the coals started burning a hole in their car, or their lap. Just my opinion
kornkitten42
Joe- people smoke in their cars all the time.I have personally thought about it on the few road trips i've been on. If you have a combo bowl (it locks the lid into place) it won't allow the coals to escape and fall onto the floor. Not that it isn't a distraction, but don't be surprised if you don't come across a few threads that talk about it.As for the McTini- WOW..... are they going to have McShisha? To go with My McDonalds???? yikes! lol
mushrat
aww..its cute!I repete my earlier statementabout smoking in your car though...First one of you to set your ride on fire better take pics with your camera phone...
iamscott06
If you want something for your car why not just get the Hobo Hookah or the witch and drop that sucka in a bottle of something? Thats the only reason i might get on of those things, for car rides.

Just my opinionNot to get off topic but I wanted to know what it was like to hookah in a car.... I loaded up my hookah table and secured the coal on top with a nice foil hat.... The strange thing is... I got a buzz that lasted like 30 minutes after I was done... Was sooo strange.... But the coal stayed put and we got funny looks... Was quite an experiment... If you can secure your hookah and coal I say try it...I will review the McTini once it arrives... I got the black on black and ordered a bowl with a latch and hood so the coal will stay put. ghostofdavid
Open bottle of alcohol even if used for a hookah is still an open bottle of alcohol. I wouldn't risk it!
kornkitten42
I was just thinking the same thing ROBB! I def wouldn't use that in my car. They'd think you drank it all and it was used for soemthing even worse!
iamscott06
You dont have to use an alcohol bottle do you? Can't you use that Nalgene Bottle thing? Im pretty sure the hobo hookah fits in that, and that's not gonna get you in trouble is it?
kornkitten42
Any type of alcohol or liqour bottle is a no-no for car use, for the hobo hookah I would think. because of open container. All you have to have is empty beer cans in your car to get in severe trouble. Any other bottle would be cool. i think;
