What Do You Think Of This Single Dish Genie Base?

Thinking about using this base for my next hookah. Has anyone used this type of sigle dish genie style base? If so, does it smoke/hit well? Even if you have smoked out of something similar, what is everyone's thoughts and projections about how this will hit.

I have the same thing in pearlesceant (sp?) blue.

yeah i had that in blue it smoked nice very big vase for ice.

My very first hookah was like that one but Purple.....


andd..... it sucked...

I'm gonna go with Erica on this one.. I had a hookah with a base like this only clear.. It looked nice as all hell but it smoked poorly.. The smoke never seemed to get as thick, and it used a ton of water and ice. Seemed like I had to pull harder too, I'd attribute this to the large volume of water at the bottom with such a small neck for air.

I also don't like this design. The bell shaped vases have worked well for me.

I use the double genie vase and it works amazingly well.

Double Genies work better because of the more even distribution of airspace and water space. I'll agree with Mrmonk on that point. They smoke well. The single dish genies are just too uneven IMHO.

i heard the same thing about the double genies.. and i heard opposite of the singles.. well i have used one from Sahara Smoke and it was a pretty badass base.. too bad the stem sucked
