So tell me, how is it? If I pour regular clove honey all over the top of my packed bowl full of shisha, will I rune a good session? Or will it impart a great honey flavor?

Thanks,

Head

i agree with clickhea, if you mix in a little bit of honey with the tobacco it will enhance the sweetness of the smoke a little. also will help the head last a little longer. I've done it a few times, but haven't had any honey handy lately. good luck w/ it =)

Honey does wonders! I had this really dry al-waha mixed fruit that burned in 30 min and kept pissing me off. One night at 1 am, I added a large drop to my bowl and mixed it around. It lasted 2 hours, and tasted soo much sweeter. It hardly got harsh at all. I reccomend it for saving sad shisha.

With honey, the key I have found is this. If you have a really wet shisha, you don't need the honey or the glycerine. I have found that the effects of adding these things are either barely percieved, or that the flavor is changed. Now, with dryer shisha, like with my Nakhla, adding honey or glycerine produced thicker clouds for sure. So dry shisha, go ahead and add some, you'll tell a difference. Wet shisha, I think its unnecessary and you probally won't see much of a difference. This has just been my experience. Good luck. Your results may vary.

Oh, if you do use honey or glycerine, mix it with the shisha, don't just put it on top.

I don't think the sweetness will be affected...the sugar boils at too high a temperature. Some of the flavor characteristics of the honey will be imparted, but not that will make a wonderful tobacco out of Nahkla Strawberry.
