spoolinspoon
I was wondering what wind cover works on the Tangiers bowls. I have a wind cover from SS and its short. Anyone?Eddie
staygone
I use my wind cover with a Tangiers bowl all the time, it still works well even with it being short. I think it is because the Tangiers bowl is wider and taller than a standard egyptian bowl.-QM
yashman19
If you can't find a wind cover big enough, you can always ghetto rig one up for yourself, using can food cans.

spoolinspoon
yeah, it just doesn't cut it. it needs to be a few inches taller.
mushrat
Funny this should come up now, I just got a shipment of these little suckers. They are supposed o fit on the edges for the bowl itself, but the only bowls they fit are my phunnels and traditional/original tangiers bowl. stryet
They got something like that on the hookah-shisha.com site. Wow...I thought they were really small, but if they fit phunnels, that's cool. Are they the same ones?

jonny_lech
I tried my tang bowl for the first time last night. Considering my inebriation level, it may not have been the *best* of all tests. Not suprisingly, because of the size of the bowl it seemed like it took a while with the heat to get it going; but once it did it was going well. Anyway, a windcover might be just the ticket to help that situation.
spoolinspoon
yeah, all of the tangiers bowls take a bit to heat up but when they do its smokes really good.
