Adding Honey To Moassel

Recommended Posts

Self Explanatory really. Anybody got any significant findings by adding a bit to a bowl you are going to smoke. Massaging the tobacco with Honey leaving it for a bit then packing it and smokin? More clouds, lasts longer (Anything like that?)

I have found that adding a couple drops of honey to a bowl and working it in will make the tobacco a bit sweeter and not burn as fast. When I added honey and glycerin it smoked like crazy. Don't add a lot because you then start to lose flavor.

If you smoke a lot of juicy and sticky shisha like AF then adding honey too it wont do anything excepte cover the flavor a bit. I've heard adding it to Nakhla helps with smoke and taste, I'm not sure myself though.

If I need to juicy up my shisha (Normally nahkla) then i add about 50/50 honey & glycarin.

It keeps the taste of the glycarin down and adds sweetness.

I used a fair amount of it in my pharoph's raspberry (which smelled like someone had added just a little diesel) and it worked a charm!

Hey Shisha,

We use honey or some Manischewitz wine to our tobacco when it dries up. I can't say that it changes the density of our clouds, but it definitly helps relieve the stale tobacco from burning fast and smoking harsh. Sometimes if we're planning on smoking a "fruit" flavored shisha that's dried out we might mix it with juice in that flavor, or sprinkle some juice right onto the bowl.

Hope this answers some questions wink.gif
