International Hookahforum Meetup?

hey everyone, i have brought this up a few times in the hookahforumchat today and so far it seems like people like the idea about it (although not many have been on there to reply to it).

Well the idea which has most likley been brought up here before was an international meetup for everyone on the forum. To not be bias one year it will be in the US, another the UK, another in france and so on and so forth. The plan would be to have it at a hookahbar and rent out the entire place and just hang out with everyone and get to meet them in real life. we can see ghostofdavid smoking in his mask and try to find a way to sneak it off him and meet the man behind the mask. it would have to be a year from now for people to set up vacation time, save money for a trip, say goodbye to the family for a few days, etc.

i want peoples opinions on this to see if its a good idea or not and if it is ideas of where to set it up and a small idea of who would go. so far ideas are on for florida but that can change easily.

remember the plan is to get as many people as possible to fly to one area and we have a party and talk. basically a meetup like some people set up but on a much larger scale Edited July 25, 2007 by boomhauer

Sounds like a fun idea. Although it is a bit hard to plan that far into the future. For example I might be heading off to grad school or who knows, maybe a relative will pass way and the funeral is during the trip.

If it's less than a 1 hour drive, plus that seems costly unless you're already planning to visit/vacation/travel to that area all within the same time period.

that would cost a little too much for me.
id rather wait for a toronto, canada meetup.
