not enough tobacco, not enough holes, and im only a minute into the video.

and i dont use quicklights, but it doesnt look like enough coal to me.

Not enough tobacco and make more holes. Also sounds like not enough water but that just could be the QT.

thats the qt... you need about 3 halves on a q with medium phunell and mod... if you have a windcover even better or add a 4th HALF at about 5-10 mins in.

Nahkla is a much lower moisture tobacco than most other brands, from what I can tell, you need more tobacco, and no mod. Nahkla won't smoke as well as other higher-water content tobaccos without a full bowl.
