Cleaning With Lemon Juice

For the people who clean there Hookah's with lemon juice, I would like to know what your technique is. Do you just pour it down the stem and then rinse it out with warm water? Or do you soak the hookah in a tub mixed with lemon juice and warm water(that's what I've been doing lately)? Does it make a difference which way you do it?

i scrub with baking soda and then i fill up my sink with warm water and lemon juice and just let it sit and soak for awhile

i scrub with baking soda and then i fill up my sink with warm water and lemon juice and just let it sit and soak for awhile

yep, thats what I do and then use the brush again to take off anything that soaked up and became soft.

I Just put some in the stem, while my hand is covering the bottom, fill it up a little then put my other hand on top...then flip it back and forth around 15-20times. Make sure you wash it good after.

i plug one end of the stem with my finger, pour lemon juice in the stem and scrub with the stem brush.
i clean the bowl with lemon juice and a toothbrush.

i cover one side with foil and a rubber band

i pour some baking soda down the stem and follow it with lemon juice.. then plug the other side with my finger and shake it back and forth for a good minute
