Got A Free Nammor In The Mail

Recommended Posts

The other day I got another blue Nammor Hose in the mail from Hookah-Shisha. I was shocked! I checked to see if I got charged for it, and I didn't. So, I did the right thing and contacted Hookah-shisha about the Nammor Hose. They were grateful for my honesty and they are sending me a UPC code or whatever it is I need to send it back along with a FREE Goodie (I don't know what it is). What would you do if this happened to you?

If it was from them id give it back as long as they pay for the shipping, they have taken care of me and i should do the same.

If I somehow received a package that was meant for someone else, I'd call the company it was from. If I just got something randomly, like nobody else's name is on the sales receipt, I think I'd be pretty tempted to keep it.

I'd probably think about calling, but keep it x.x I'm a sucker for free goodies.

It was a duplicate of my previous order. There was a receipt and everything with my name on it. I just only got charged for it once. I'm really curious what "free goodie" they are sending me.

Well, considering how nice their customer service is it could be anything from a bad ass free mini hookah to something small and thoughtful like a shisha sampler or some coal, but who knows.

The law is, if someone sends you something you didn't order, you can keep it for free. Companies used to send people over-priced junk and then send an invoice requiring them to pay if they didn't return the merchandise within thirty days (which usually amounted to 10 days remaining).

I would return it, that being said.

Can I be a party pooper? If you don't want me to be, skip over this...

They spent ~$3 in shipping to misplace it in your mailbox and $3 more to send it back. The hose originally cost $7, more or less. It'll be a gift certificate or something they're promoting. They didn't want to write off an $7 hose...they spent $3 more for it to come home...so whatever it is must be worth less than $4 ($7-$3=$4). A different kind of business guy would figure it couldn't be worth more than $1 (7-3-3=$1) Just a guess. A gift certificate makes sense and it can be worth a lot more in the long run.

On the other hand, they might be really impressed with your good deed and want a way to reward you properly, a gift certificate sounds good here too, but they might send you something really grand.

I'm betting that its going to be a free-shipping coupon or something of that nature.

I feel like starting a poll, as to what people think you'll be getting. But nah, this thread is good enough.
